• Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing or via WhatsApp before service begins
• Service fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered, unless otherwise agreed

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Informing us of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application
• Paying all applicable fees in a timely manner
• Reading and understanding all documents before signing

• Our liability is limited to the service fees paid by the client
• We are not responsible for any losses arising from visa refusals, delays, or errors by third parties
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages
• We are not responsible for changes in UK immigration laws, policies, or procedures that may affect your application
